Perforated Plate Screen
We design and cut perforated plate screens in our workshop. The cutting process takes place underwater to minimize heat impact on the Hardox plate. The perforated plate screen, with its large open screening area, offers very high screening capacity. Perforated plate screens with steel frames are adapted to screen decks for self-supporting screens. Our perforated plate screens can be easily customized to meet customer requirements. Tailoring the design is common practice, for example reinforced surfaces in areas subject to extra wear or blind surfaces to protect the screen box. The screen is ideal for medium and coarse screening.
